I'm Apostolos Bolkas.

I work with founders and operators to fix what's slowing growth. Before they invest in doing more.

Not more ideas. Not more channels.
Clear thinking that leads to decisions worth acting on.

Most growth problems aren't caused by execution.
They come from decisions no one wants to question.

Portrait of Apostolos Bolkas

It usually looks like this.

Campaigns are running. Leads are coming in. The team is busy.
But pipeline goes up and down, and no one can clearly explain why.

There's a sense that something isn't working.
Just not where.

Three things are usually out of sync:

  • Strategy. No clear priority on what actually matters
  • Performance. Data exists, but it doesn't change decisions
  • Automation. Tools are in place, but they're scaling the wrong things

When those don't align, effort increases, but outcomes don't.

When they do, things change quickly.

Not easier. Just simpler.

  1. 01

First, we decide what actually matters

What you're trying to achieve, who it's for, and where focus should be now. Clarity here removes a lot of wasted effort later.

  2. 02

Then we test what moves it

If the data doesn't change decisions, it's just reporting. We focus on outcomes, and adjust based on what actually works.

  3. 03

    Then we make it repeatable

Automation should scale what works, not hide what doesn't. We turn proven approaches into systems your team can run without constant reinvention.

The work is direct.
You work with me.

Teams come in busy, but misaligned.

  • Too many initiatives running at once
  • No clear ownership over what matters
  • Channels that work sometimes, but not predictably enough to plan around

A few months in, the questions change.

  • What we're trying to achieve is clear
  • What to prioritise is no longer a debate
  • What's working, and what isn't, is visible

Decisions get faster.
Less gets started. More gets finished.

And pipeline becomes something you can actually plan around.

I've spent over 20 years building and leading digital marketing systems across Europe.

I've worked in Athens, London, and Sofia with teams behind brands like IKEA, Unilever, McDonald's, Johnson & Johnson, and Nestlé.

Across all of it, one thing kept repeating.
What actually moves the number. And what doesn't.

In 2019, I went independent to focus on one thing.

Helping B2B technology teams build systems that compound.
Instead of campaigns that reset every quarter.

I spend time experimenting with Linux and open-source tools, reading across literature and science fiction, and finding new cycling routes.

The common thread is curiosity.

Understanding how systems work.
And how small adjustments create leverage over time.

If things feel busy but misaligned, that's rarely a capacity problem.

It's a clarity problem.
And it's fixable.

If that sounds familiar, I'd be glad to hear what you're working through.
