What is the lead time?

Standard turnaround is 14 to 21 days from the first session to final delivery.

Do you execute the plan?

The Blueprint is a strategic engagement, not an implementation one. After delivery, some clients take the plan and run it with their internal team. Others bring me back to oversee execution or work alongside them on a retained basis.

Is this for early-stage startups?

It works best if you already have some commercial activity and data to work from. If you are still figuring out your core offer or your first customers, we should talk about whether a different approach makes more sense first.

What if we have multiple markets?

I have extensive experience working across European markets. The Blueprint can be adapted to cover cross-border priorities and market-specific considerations.
