Is this a one-off project?
Yes. It is a single, defined engagement with a clear output. Most clients find the plan holds up and guides their decisions for several quarters afterwards.
Do you manage the ads after?
The Roadmap is a planning engagement, not an ongoing management one. After delivery, your team takes the plan and runs with it. If you need ongoing support, we can discuss what that looks like separately.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks from the first session to final delivery.
What if we have no data?
If you do not yet have live marketing activity to analyse, the Strategy Blueprint is the better starting point. The Performance Roadmap works best when there is real activity to look at.
